Dabeull’s Love letter to 80’s funk

Dabeull released his long-awaited debut album Analog Love. This album is a love letter to 80’s funk and disco music.

Dabeull is Parisian DJ/producer based in Paris, France. He’s known for using vintage drum machines and talk boxes in his projects since 2010. He is signed to an Independent electronic music label called Roche Musique.

Analog Love has 9 songs with help from Jordan Lee, Drezzy Hollow, Fredi, Reva DeVito, Rude Jude, and longtime collaborator HolyBrune.

What makes this album so unique, Dabeull and his team managed to find the console board that Michael Jackson used for his critically acclaimed album Thriller. A few tracks that stand out are In My Mind that’s very “talk box heavy” but just right and the single hit Body Heat.

Dabeull will be making his way to the states for the first time. He’ll be preforming in Brooklyn (September 24), San Francisco (September 27), and Los Angeles (September 28). He will be playing some songs from his new album and a few classics of his from his discography.
